Prabhas rose as a significant pan-Indian hero after the success of the Baahubali franchise, earning a huge fan base across India. However, Adipurush has tarnished Prabhas’s image and also the dignity of the epic Ramayana.

Recently, in an interview, Om Raut stated that Adipurush’s distribution rights were sold for around 120 crores in the Telugu states, implying that many audience members came to watch the movie in theaters.
This recent statement by Om Raut has gone viral and has again triggered Prabhas’s fans. Following this, they have commented on social media that even the general audience knows what distribution rights are, and a high price for distribution rights doesn’t necessarily mean a huge audience turnout in theaters.
