After Amitabh Bachchan and SRK giving their generation-defining performance in the Don franchise, Ranveer Singh is all set to star in Don 3. The film will be directed by Farhan Akhtar but there are many lead roles that are yet to be finalised and the rumours around them have become a hot debate online.
Currently both Ranveer and Farhan are busy with their respective projects. With Ranveer working on Dhurandhar and Farhan finishing 120 Bahadur, there is still time for Don 3 to go on floors.
However, as per the recent reports Kiara Advani who was all set to play the lead heroine in this film is going to be replaced by Kriti Sanon. The reports started coming after Kiara officially announced her pregnancy, and fans anticipated that it won’t be possible for her to manage her personal life along with Don 3.
In recent times it seems like these rumours might be true but we are yet to receive any confirmation from the makers themselves. But as per sources close to the film, the shooting with Kriti and Ranveer will go on floors from the beginning of 2026.
The rumours around who will play the antagonist are also rising. Many have anticipated Vikrant Massey will fill in those shoes but other names also keep emerging every now and then.
