The trio of Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal and Suniel Shetty has a cult-classic following due to the Hear Pheri franchise. Now as the film is reviving for a third sequel under the Cape of Good Films banner by Akshay, it has undergone big trouble.
At his Lallantop interview, Paresh revealed that he is kind of sick with the association of Babu Rao to his entire career. He feels that it overshadows all the other work he has done.

He was signed for Hera Pheri 3 but decided to leave the Priyadarshini directorial by clarifying that it is only due to his personal reasons and nothing else. But fans can’t imagine Hera Pheri 3 without Paresh’s iconic character and even the makers understand this.
A legal notice was also sent to Paresh to incur the loss that his exit will cause to the project. But Akshay, Suniel and Paresh being on good terms, it is hoped that things would not turn into a legal battle and they will sort it out amongst themselves.

Suniel gave a hopeful update in a press interaction that the makers and the close team are going to meet Paresh and try to bring him back onboard. Pooja Tidke, the lawyer hired by Akshay has also stated that it is not only a financial matters but also an emotional torture for the makers and fans.
