Akshay's Housefull 5

The new single of Housefull 5, Qayamat, is out now. The latest single brings all the star cast together on one frame, and simple music has been used without a lot of noise, which gives a lot of comfort while someone starts hearing it.

Moreover, the makers have attempted to give the film a grand look with the visuals of the ship alongside the costumes. Everyone can be spotted wearing outfits of the same color, and considering that the song has been shot in the middle of the sea, it looks more beautiful.

On the other hand, the song is still missing something. Compared to the previous installments of the Housefull franchise, Qayamat is a song that you won’t like to hear on repeat mode.

The composition also feels too simple, and since the visuals hint that the song is taking place at a kind of party, it should have been a foot-tapping number. Unfortunately, all these elements go missing in Qayamat.

While Laal Pari might emerge to be a chartbuster at the end of the film’s theatrical run, it does not look like the remaining songs will be remembered forever. The use of the same music composers every time has undoubtedly impacted the soundtrack of many other films in the last few years.

Housefull 5 is releasing on June 6, 2025, and with around two weeks left for release, it remains to be seen if the new song will create any hype for the film.

The upcoming mystery-comedy has been made on a huge budget of Rs. 375 crores. Nothing much can be said about the film’s opening day since the trailer is not out yet, and the glimpse has to be attractive enough to help the film get a big boost on Day 1.

With an ensemble star cast, let’s see if Housefull 5 will emerge as the highest-grossing film of this year.
