
Akshay Kumar’s Kesari Chapter 2 is releasing on April 18, 2025, and it also features Ananya Panday and R. Madhavan playing the lead roles. The trailer of the film is out now and has received a positive response.
Meanwhile, during the trailer launch event, Akshay was questioned about a particular moment from the first teaser where he was spotted saying the F-word towards the end. Notably, the actor said in his defense that he has used the word, but for him, “slave” was a bigger cuss word.

Speaking to the media, Akshay referred to the scene where Indians are called slaves, questioning why it was not a bigger cuss word for anyone. Akshay also mentioned that he would have been happy if the media had asked him about the word slave compared to what he said on screen.
Akshay continued defending himself by saying that if the British had fired a shot, it would have appeared insignificant to the audience. Meanwhile, everyone who was present at the spot began clapping for Akshay after listening to his words.

The basic premise of Kesari Chapter 2 would focus on C. Sankaran Nair, who aimed to bring out the truth behind the Jallianwala Bagh incident, which left many people dead, including children.
The brutal and intense moments in the new trailer have hinted that Kesari Chapter 2 might turn out to be an engaging film from the beginning until the end. However, everything depends on the screenplay and whether the director has added several hard-hitting moments.
