No Entry 2 has remained one of Bollywood’s most talked-about sequels for several years. Although multiple reports claimed the film would begin production, the project has repeatedly faced delays and is still awaiting clarity.
The sequel was planned with a fresh cast instead of the original stars. However, the project has once again run into uncertainty, raising questions about its production timeline and eventual release.
According to recent reports, nearly Rs. 30 crore has already been spent on the film’s pre-production. While these claims have not been officially confirmed, they have generated fresh discussions on social media about the project’s future.
The sequel was expected to feature Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh, and Arjun Kapoor in the lead roles. However, reports suggest that Varun Dhawan and Diljit Dosanjh have exited the project after the team had already finalised several shooting locations.
Director Anees Bazmee, who returned to helm the sequel, has not publicly explained the reasons behind the delays or the reported cast changes.
The lack of official updates has disappointed many fans. Several social media users have criticised the makers for creating excitement around the sequel without providing clear communication about its progress.
At the same time, a section of fans wants the original trio of Anil Kapoor, Fardeen Khan, and Salman Khan to return for the sequel. However, some industry observers believe the original concept may not suit the actors’ current age and suggest that Anees Bazmee could instead reunite the trio in a completely different film.
With uncertainty continuing to surround No Entry 2, fans are eagerly waiting for an official announcement from the makers. Whether the project moves forward with a revised cast or undergoes further delays remains to be seen.
