After delivering a lineup of flops, Siddharth Malhotra is aiming to win the heart of the audience with The Vvaan. It features Tamannaah Bhatia as the female lead and is directed by Deepak Kumar Mishra.
Advance booking for the film has opened at a few markets, but the large scale booking is yet to be opened. Notably, the hype has been decent for the movie so far, specifically for the theme and the way it has portrayed Chhath Puja for the first time on screen. The movie has reportedly received a U/A 16+ certificate, which means that family audiences will be able to go for it. Even if the film gets a good number on the weekend, Drishyam 3 is standing as a big obstacle in front of it in the next week. Ajay Devgn’s film has already raised a lot of curiosity among the audience about how the franchise is going to end.
On the other hand, netizens questioned the reasons behind not opening full-fledged advance booking, with a few expressing doubts if the makers are scared of getting a low occupancy on the first day.
