A Quiet Place is a well known and well loved franchise by all, and the prequel “A Quiet Place Day One” grossed $98.5m on its global debut .
Both the other movies A Quiet Place grossed $50.2m on its opening day and A Quiet Place Part II grossed $47.5m on its opening day.
If China is excluded from consideration, Day one opened 20% higher than Part II.
