Inconsistency Runs In DC’s Gene, Wonder Woman 3 Is Under Development

Wonder Woman 3 Is Under Development Marvel and DC have partnered up, promising an upcoming period of turmoil. One is bombarding audiences with new content at a very short span of time, while the other is flooding the streaming space with unrelated garbage.

Under the leadership of James Gunn and Peter Safran, DC is hoping for a better future, but with millions of reboots, it may have the tone of monotony. Among the reboot plans, DC has fired a plethora of beloved faces, including Ben Affleck and Henry Cavill. There were even widespread rumors regarding the cancellation of the third installment of the Wonder Woman franchise.

On a sad note, the previous two movies from the franchise weren’t the best; the last one was straight up unwatchable. But Gadot is not to blame, as no one can replace her as the Amazon warrior. Bad scripting and management from WB have caused DC to suffer such a fate, but the new changes might bring some fresh air.

Gadot recently confirmed that the studio is indeed working on Wonder Woman 3, and she will play the central lead. The new movie will also be a part of the ‘new’ DC, and fans might have a breath of relief.

The new ‘Gods and Monsters’ will host the third franchise, but there are plans that go further than just a solo movie. Gunn and Safran have also promised a GOT-style show called ‘Paradise Lost,’ which will feature the island of Themyscira and the warriors. There are also future plans regarding an animated series featuring WW.

In the end, the fans do not need another reboot. The new slate looks very promising, and the makers need to give enough time to the concept to flourish. DC, on paper, doesn’t even come close when we talk about a large fanbase like Marvel’s, but they are dedicated ones. The studio, in the past, constantly played with their emotions by firing their favorite stars, and we need not talk about the numerous reboots. So, if they are dedicated enough and stick to the drawing board, they will make some clear progress. But with such a fickle mind as DC’s, there shall be no promises before the results.
