The film has reached its one-month release and isn’t showing any signs of stopping in terms of the box office. The film is already the fifth biggest film of the year and has reached the whopping mark of $720 million. In the domestic market, it has collected $286 million so far, and another $433 million in the global market.

It is now not only the fourth highest-grossing film of the year but also makes a place in the top R-rated films when it comes to the box office. Oppenheimer sits at the fifth place following Joker ($1.066 billion), Deadpool 2 ($786 million), Deadpool ($781 million), and The Matrix Reloaded ($738 million).

If we judge the trends, it will easily overtake The Matrix Reloaded and can even crawl up to the second place by overtaking both Deadpool movies.
