Jordan Peele’s fourth film as a director has already seen enough postpones, and this happens to be another one of those. Fans have to wait a lot longer now as the Oscar winning director’s next project will now see the light of day on October 23 of 2026.
What initially was supposed to release on December 25 2024 is now going to take two years to release. It was in the March of 2023 that we saw Jordan Peele announce the project. Barely a couple of months before the SAG-AFTRA strike hit, along with The WGA strikes in July. Understandably, it delayed the film for the rest of the year.
“I do feel like my next project is clear to me, and I’m psyched that I have another film that, you know, could be my favourite movie if I make it right,” Jordan said in a podcast. We are yet to get hands on any new information. The new Christmas 2026 release date is the only thing that we have on the project.
