The star of the Venom franchise, Tom Hardy, has made some revelations concerning the next part in this series. By sharing an image in his Instagram, the actor confirmed that Venom 3 had returned to production after the disruption caused by the strike in Hollywood by the unions of actors and writers. Additionally, he named the film “the last dance” implying that it could be his last appearance in the role of the synbiotic anti-hero.
Accordingly, it has been revealed that Hardy who portrays Eddie Brock, is a journalist and bonds or links himself with an extraterrestrial creature in Venom 3 and worked together with Kelly Marcel, who doubles as a co-writer and the director. Prior to that, Marcel wrote and produced the first two film adaptations of Venom, which featured directors Ruben Fleischer and Andy Serkis.
Hardy has thanked and cherished the opportunity of being in Venom, hoping to make a good film for his fans. Besides, he added that he registered for three movies; however, he will consider doing more if a chance presents itself. He also insinuated that Venom 3 could just be his final act and said that he intended to do it like it would be the last time.
