Mallesham and 8 A.M. Metro films director, Raj R, made a strong impression with the first look of his upcoming film, 23. Rana Daggubati, who has been associated with great content-driven films with his Spirit Media, is distributing this one. The makers have unveiled a highly intriguing teaser, today.
The movie stitches together three mass murder incidents happened in Telangana state. The story of the film is based on stitching the incidents of 1991 Tsunduru massacre, the 1993 Chilakaluripet bus burning incident, and the 1997 Jubilee Hills car bomb blast.

Each and every frame of the teaser showcase the mastery of the director in immersing us into the tale and his realistic take on the incidents is absolutely gut-wrenching.
