Khan Learns The Lesson, Time For Chiru Too!

Aamir Khan Learns The Lesson, Time For Chiru Too!Bollywood star hero Aamir Khan was expected to pull Bollywood out of the doldrums with the Forrest Gump remake, Laal Singh Chaddha. But it turned out to be one of the biggest disasters.

Before the film’s release, Aamir had almost finalized that his next would also be a remake of the Spanish film Champions. But the debacle of LSC has forced him to change his plans.

After the severe backlash he received for Laal Singh Chaddha, Aamir has now backed out of the Champions remake. He would not be acting in it, however, he will still produce it on his home banner as he finds the story heart-touching and worth telling.

Aamir has realized that a big star like him shouldn’t do remakes. It might work with a lesser star and lesser budget but making a remake where hundreds of crores are involved isn’t feasible anymore. Today’s audience is much more woke and aware of the films being produced all over the globe and watching a remake isn’t their kind of theatrical entertainment anymore.

Megastar Chiranjeevi must also realize that the era of remakes is over and people will come to cinemas only to watch original and exciting films. His last film GodFather suffered mainly due to the remake factor despite getting decent reviews.

Chiru still has a film or two that are remakes of some other language film. But once the quota of the film he committed during the COVID period is done away with, Chiranjeevi should only concentrate on doing straight and original films.

Chiranjeevi has said on many occasions that Aamir Khan inspires him a lot. So it is time to get inspired by the perfectionist himself.
