
For the last few weeks, there has been a public consensus that the trend of re-releases must slowdown substantially as we’re getting too much of this stuff these days.
Now, in what appears to be an absolute overkill, Mahesh Babu’s Bharath Ane Nenu is preparing for its re release on April 26. The news has been officially confirmed by the production house itself.

Well, this might appeal to a small section of Mahesh fans, it is again an absolute overkill of the re release tradition.
Firstly, this film is not even a widely accepted fan favourite. It has a few commercial elements going its way, but it is not a typical commercial action entertainer that fans can generally enjoy during re releases. It isn’t like a Pokiri of Okkadu either.

The whole scenario of celebrations and cheers at re releases is also looking very forced these days. While there’s already such a narrative against this trend, another superstar film in the form of BAN is preparing for re release.
This could go down as another film that is being re released just for the sake of it. We can’t expect fans also to be too excited about this one, considering the lack of commercial elements, and also the overkill of this re release trend.

It is said that Mahesh Babu’s Pokiri is the first film to start this re release trend and it’s his own BAN which is doing an overkill of the very same prospect.
