The upcoming Telangana Rising Global Summit 2025, scheduled for December 8 and 9 at Bharat Future City, is set to witness several key agreements worth hundreds of crores between the Telangana government and major national and international companies.
According to official sources, Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn will sign an MoU to establish a new Film City in Hyderabad. This project is expected to further strengthen Hyderabad’s position as a filmmaking hub. The development follows a similar initiative involving Salman Khan. He has already been allotted land for another large-scale film city project near Hyderabad.
Sources say the strong corporate response aligns with Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s long-term vision to transform Telangana into a 1 trillion-dollar economy by 2034 and a 3 trillion-dollar economy by 2047. Tourism, entertainment, and infrastructure will play key roles in this growth.
With major projects such as the Metro expansion, the high-speed rail corridor, the Regional Ring Road RRR, and rapid development of Bharat Future City, Hyderabad is moving toward becoming one of the world’s fastest growing metropolitan regions.
Hyderabad already houses the world famous Ramoji Film City, recognized by Guinness World Records as the world’s largest film studio. The addition of two new major film cities by Salman Khan and Ajay Devgn could make the city a global cinematic powerhouse.
More agreements from global tourism, entertainment, and tech giants are expected to be confirmed during the summit.
