Akhil Akkineni’s Lenin, which has completed its theatrical run, has finally made its OTT debut on ZEE5. As announced, ZEE5 has started streaming Lenin from today but only Telugu version.
Ahead of Lenin’s digital premiere, ZEE5 created excitement by announcing that the film would be available for streaming in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam from August 7. But now only the Telugu version was accessible on the platform. The unexpected absence of the dubbed versions has left audiences from other language markets disappointed.
As of now, neither ZEE5 nor the makers of Lenin have issued an official statement explaining why the other language versions were not released alongside the Telugu version. Fans have been seeking clarity from the streaming platform, but there has been no official communication explaining the delay.
