There’s no doubt that Prabhas is one of the busiest stars in Indian cinema today. With a packed schedule stretching over the next three to four years, he’s juggling multiple big-budget projects.
Still, the actor continues to listen to new scripts whenever he gets the time, always open to fresh and exciting ideas.

Recently, Amaran director Rajkumar Periasamy reportedly narrated a high-octane action film to Prabhas. The story is said to be set against an army backdrop and carries a patriotic tone similar to Amaran.
The concept reportedly impressed Prabhas, and he gave it a nod in principle. He has asked the director to return with a complete bound script.

Sources say UV Creations — considered Prabhas’ second home banner — is interested in backing the project. However, it may take more than three years for the film to go on floors due to Prabhas’s already packed lineup.
Currently, The Raja Saab is nearing completion. Meanwhile, shooting is also underway for Fauji, another upcoming film.

Once Fauji wraps up, Prabhas will shift focus to Spirit which is expected to begin by the end of the year, though there is no clarity.
Sandeep Vanga has reportedly insisted that Prabhas not take up any other film during Spirit’s production. Only after wrapping Spirit will Kalki 2 and Salaar 2 begin.
Prabhas has committed to too many films — The Raja Saab, Fauji, Spirit, Kalki 2, Salaar 2, Prasanth Varma’s film, Lokesh Kanagaraj’s film, and others. So how this project with Rajkumar Periasamy will pan out remains to be seen.
Even if things fall in place, Rajkumar Periasamy’s film may not go on floors until 2028. Whether the director chooses to wait or moves on to another project in the meantime is yet to be seen.
