Only recently, the makers of Rajinikanth’s ‘2.0‘ had confirmed that the sci-fi thriller was indefinitely postponed to a later date in April and now, we know several films will be vying for the slot left by ‘2.0’, this coming Republic Day, January 2018.

Now, Anushka Shetty’s’Bhaagamathie’ is going to fill in the slot giving clarity on the release date of the movie. ‘Bhagmathie’ will be arriving worldwide on 26th January 2018. So, a Pongal release isn’t going to happen. In the Telugu States and Tamil Nadu, Pongal is one of the biggest festival seasons.
The first look poster of ‘Bhaagamathie‘ had been intriguing and we are expecting more from the makers of the movie. As the release date is confirmed, it’s time, the movie-goers are treated with promo material in the form of teasers and trailers. This is Anushka’s first release after the gigantic movie ‘Baahubali 2’. Naturally, the audiences would be curious to see her.
