As the general elections are fast approaching, Nandamuri Balakrishna who is going to test his luck in the new area is fully immersed in the ground work. In the process, he is even pushing his main forte, movies to back seat. The actor who did not sign a movie for more than an year after Srimannarayana, had a movie launch early this month. The regular shooting of the movie was supposed to begin this week in Dubai. But the movie unit had to push it to July as the actor is going to attend a fund raising event for Basava Tarakam Cancer Hospital later this month.

Balayya is the chairman of the hospital established by his father. He is actively involving in its day to day affairs. The hospital which is an no profit motive organization is bringing a lot of good name for the actor in common people which is expected to help him during 2014 elections.
