Nandamuri Balakrishna is one of the true blue mass heroes in the senior league of Telugu cinema, and he has been maintaining strong consistency with his recent films.
In the meanwhile, there have been several reports and comments about his possible participation in Rajinikanth’s Jailer universe. The director of the film Nelson himself had commented that he wanted Balayya for one crucial role in the film.
At one point in time, Nelson had even revealed that Balayya was considered for a police officer role in the universe, but that did not materialise.
Whatever might be the outcome later, it can perhaps be said that Balayya would have created an absolute sensation on the screen if he had shared it with Rajinikanth. Witnessing two of the true mass heroes on the big screen with Anirudh’s background score would’ve been a sight to behold.
When Nelson and Anirudh could present Siva Rajkumar from Kannada in such a strong manner, one can only wonder the visual appeal of Balayya, if he was eventually included in this universe.
Theatres would have gone bonkers in the Telugu states as well if Balayya was a part of the mass presentation of Nelson. The film could’ve easily gone past the hundred crore mark if Balayya was a part of the world setup.
It would have been a great visual experience even for the general audience if this could have somehow been materialised by Nelson.
