Ravi Teja’s wholesome family entertainer Bhartha Mahasayalaku Wignyapthi, directed by Kishore Tirumala and produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri under the SLV Cinemas banner, is performing well at the box office and is steadily inching towards the breakeven mark.
Producer Sudhakar Cherukuri shared that BMW was crafted specifically for a Sankranthi release. “We completed the shoot in 65 days. Instead of the usual Ravi Teja-style films, we focused on delivering a solid family entertainer for the festival. Audiences are loving the advance screenings, and this Sankranthi once again proved the strong demand for quality family movies,” he said.
Expressing his delight over teaming up with Ravi Teja again, he added, “This is our second collaboration. The first didn’t meet expectations, but this one hit every mark we aimed for. Everything worked out perfectly, and audiences are enjoying it. Ravi Teja is like a brother to us.”
Speaking about upcoming projects, he revealed, “We’re working hard to bring Nani’s The Paradise in March. Once that wraps, we’ll start Megastar Chiranjeevi’s film with Srikanth Odela. It is set in a period backdrop. We’re also planning a love story with Kishore Tirumala, with casting yet to be finalized. I want to produce something on the scale of Arundhathi, and efforts are underway to develop such a story.”
Sudhakar Cherukuri also mentioned that The Paradise is shaping up exceptionally well and will be a project he feels proud of as a producer.
