Vijay Deverakonda is back with Parasuram for Family Star which is up for release on the 5th of April. Priorly, there were certain challenges for the film including the coming IPL season and the Andhra Pradesh-Telangana electoral roll.
But now, in a major relief to Family Star, the electoral roll has been scheduled to take place on May 13. This essentially means that Family Star will be left with open ground with a free run at the box office.
Earlier, there was a proposition that the election might be held in the second week of April and that could’ve eaten into the prospects of Family Star but with the polls pushed to May, Family Star is in for a very prospective run. The insignificant IPL fever anyway can’t affect Family Star much.
All Family Star needs now is a good output from Parasuram. Being a family entertainer, Family Star will have a free run at the box office, adding to the positive enforcement that it will be the first Summer release of the year.
If Family Star can put up some good content, then the box office prospects are very bright for the Vijay Deverakonda starrer.
