Mahesh Babu Jr Ntr Vijay Deverakonda

Veteran paparazzo Varinder Chawla recently shared insights about the behavior of stars on and off screen, revealing secrets about Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, and others. He also voiced strong opinions about South Indian superstars.

According to Chawla, South stars come off as not genuine. He claimed that Bollywood stars, at least, are not fake and do not pretend to be humble.

“South actors fake humbleness,” Chawla stated. “Vijay Devarakonda wears slippers to appear humble during promotions. Recently, NTR got angry at our team while shooting his video. I feel they pretend to be humble.”

He recalled an event where Mahesh Babu, attending Adivi Sesh’s Major, remarked, “We don’t need Bollywood; they cannot afford me.” Chawla found this attitude off-putting and indicative of what he perceives as widespread fakery among South stars.

“At least Bollywood stars are real. Even if they are angry, they don’t hide it. They are authentic. South stars, on the other hand, pretend to be humble,” he said.

A clip from his interview has gone viral on social media, reigniting the long-standing rivalry between Bollywood and South industry fans.
