Mahesh Babu is gearing up for the first pan-Indian film in his career which is to be directed by Rajamouli. The stakes are high on this mega actioner which is likely to attain pan-world fame and hype as well, considering Rajamouli’s global appeal after RRR.
Coming to the topic now, Mahesh Babu’s works for the Rajamouli directorial thus far have been largely about the facial side of things. He hasn’t shown much variation in physical terms.

One of the complaints about Mahesh in the recent past has been about his standard physical traits. He is largely seen with a staple physique.
Now, there is a demand from fans on social media to bring out the more masculine and alpha side of Mahesh. The intention is to bring out a solid enough makeover both physically and facially that a new Mahesh is seen.

Considering that Rajamouli likes to give superhero-esque looks and characterization for his heroes, the onus is on Mahesht to put up a physical makeover unlike any other in the past.
This was earlier seen with Ram Charan, NTR, and PRabhas who all went the extra mile for the Rajamouli directorials. The onus is no on Mahesh to emulate something on these lines and present a new side of himself. Needless to say, Rajamouli must be at the helm of this as he is the best man who knows how to present his hero.
