CBN to send experts abroad for IT investments!

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minster Chandra Babu Naidu will be rolling out a new IT policy very soon and will be sending a high level delegates team to US and UK to attract investments to the state. The team will meet potential investors and explain them the benefits of establishing companies in AP. It is said that about 70 leading IT companies have assured the government setting up their companies in the state. The state government talked to almost 250 companies in the last one month and most of them are interested.

Chandra Babu Naidu is also thinking on the lines of implementing single window system to clear all formalities required and also to sanction all the facilities under one roof with out any hazzle. A similar model was adopted in Gujarat successfully when Modi was the Chief Minister. Andhra Pradesh state government is also working on the proposal of creation of Information Technology Investment Region (ITIR) in Visakhapatnam and there are plans to develop Vijayawada, Tirupati and Anantapur into mega IT hubs.
