When Chandrababu was almost finalized on Revanth Reddy, the Cash for Vote scam rocked the Telangana politics and pushed Revanth Reddy on to defense. GHMC elections is Chandrababu’s best bet to project Revanth Reddy as the future leader.
But Chandrababu did not do that and missed a big chance. Lokesh himself is overseeing the GHMC elections campaign. Whatever may be the outcome of the civic polls, fielding Revanth Reddy would have shown direction for the party and the cadre.
