On the occasion of Megastar Chiranjeevi’s birthday today, the makers of Viswambhara unveiled a new poster and it has a fair deal of visual artistry associated with it.
The immediate reaction after watching the poster is that we get a vibe that something related to mythology or folklore is being cooked up this time around. Chiru’s look, in itself, is fresh. He has slimmed down a fair bit.

“When myths collide, legends arise” the poster reads which could perhaps be a depiction of Chiru playing a legendary character in the film.
Viswambhara happens to be the costliest project in Chiru’s career and it also promises to be the most promising film in his second innings. It must be fun to watch him in a mythical world, considering he has mostly been doing commercial films of late.

Vasistha earlier showed good promise with Bimbisara and he appears to be sticking to this genre but with a much bigger scale this time around with Chiru. Pulling it all together and delivering a winning theatrical experience is the task ahead of this young filmmaker now.
Viswambhara is up for release on the 10th of January and it is the biggest film that is announced for release this Sankranthi season.
