He says he doesn’t believe that comedy has a particular season in the market. Audiences always like to be entertained. They never tell you in which month they like to see comedy films. He also believes comedy is the safest genre because of the success of most recent comedy flicks. He believes its best to use comedy as an effective tool in storytelling.
Manoj says even if a film is made in a different genre, its best to include as much as comedy as possible to keep the audience entertained. Comedy is like adding salt to a meal. When you don’t add it, no matter how well a meal is prepared, it doesn’t satisfy everybody.
