It is appearing to be that August 14 is going to be the biggest day of the year for Indian cinema in terms of new theatrical arrivals. We have not one but two super interesting projects that are arriving in theatres on the mentioned date.
The two films that are in contention here are War 2 and Coolie. At first, it appeared to be that War 2 would be the bigger prospect as it marks the collaboration of Junior NTR and Bollywood Star Hrithik Roshan. But after the mediocre teaser of War 2, the tide is now in favour of Coolie.

Interestingly enough, both the films happen to be multi starrers with a huge lead cast associated with them.
Coming to the point now, the Telugu audience and more importantly, even Indian audience have been eagerly awaiting explosive action for the last few months.

This white is going to be filled by these two films- War 2 and Coolie. They have the kind of ammunition and superstar effects that are needed to bring the audience to theatres in big numbers and also have the potential to satisfy them to the fullest.
What is for certain is that Lokesh Kanagaraj is going to deliver at least a decent outing in the form of Coolie. This actioner is certain to tick the commercial boxes as it will certainly have elite cinematography and top tier music from Anirudh.

Then we have War 2 which is also nearly confirmed for an explosive action quotient with NTR and Hrithik in the lead roles.
The hard effect here is that the Telugu audience have been awaiting a proper explosive theatrical experience. This could potentially be fulfilled only by 14th of August this year.
