Tamil cinema saw a big controversy recently after Leo actor Mansoor Ali Khan said he felt disappointed not to have rape scenes with Trisha in the film. The actress vowed to file a defamation case against him over the comments but dropped the idea later after he apologized. But out of nowhere, Mansoor himself filed a defamation case on Trisha, saying she shared social media posts defaming him.
The case came to a hearing at the Madras High Court and the court slammed the actor for filing a case on Trisha when he himself should be facing charges for indecent comments. The court reprimanded him then.
However, the court didn’t stop at this verbal warning to Mansoor Ali and instead did something consolidated to teach him a lesson. The court fined him Rs 1 lakh for his indecent comment on Trisha and the audacity to file against her on top of it.
The court dismissed the defamation case filed by Mansoor and asked him to pay the said fine.
It is known that Mansoor had also included Megastar Chiranjeevi in the defamation case. He received an earful from the court for his actions now and now has to pay 1 lakh fine.
