The summer season for Telugu films was started by the film Oopiri, a PVP Cinema production and now the last but one film of summer comes from their banner. Did they however indicate the fate of their summer movies before release itself?

Those who follow trade could easily understand it. PVP Cinema which produced both movies sold off the rights of their biggie Brahmotsavam but retained the rights of Oopiri. This despite the latter getting very good offers due to back to back success of Nagarjuna. As it turns out they have made a smart decision by making money on both films.
It is business alright but couldn’t they have sold the better film reasonably when they knew the other biggies fate? At least it would have helped reduce loses of the buyer.
