During the making of Dil Raju’s production venture ‘Nenu Local’, there had been a talk in the film industry on the differences between director Trinadha Rao and hero Nani. Talking about this in a recent interview, the director said that those were creative differences to make the film better, nothing personal.

He agrees that there had been discussions while shooting the climax as the team wasn’t satisfied with the various options. Nani was quite comfortable and a director’s actor. Initially, he was worried about the rumours that Nani is an actor who interferes with the work of the director.
Though there was a talk that Nani and Dil Raju were actively involved in the direction for ‘Nenu Local‘, Trinadha Rao says that Dil Raju came to the sets only for 3-4 days and Nani didn’t interfere. Whatever shoutings and differences they had were due to the fact that they wanted a befitting climax for the movie. Such differences are common opined the director.
