Mythri Movie Makers, known for producing cult classics and major blockbusters, are now backing Dude, starring popular actor Pradeep Ranganathan. The film has generated strong buzz as its songs and trailer have become trending hits ahead of release.
Producers Naveen Yerneni and Ravishankar Yelamanchali interacted with the press and expressed full confidence in the project. They described Dude as a “novel and engaging story” filled with “beautiful emotions,” saying it will connect with both youth and family audiences.
They also shared that the second half of the film will be unpredictable and full of surprises. The makers called the production process “happy and profitable,” adding that the final content exceeded their expectations.
Praising Pradeep Ranganathan’s performance, they said he delivered an impressive act. They also commended director Keerthiswaran for handling the story even better than he had narrated it initially, calling the film a sure-shot winner for Diwali.
The film features Sai Abhyankkar’s music, with Premalu fame Mamitha Baiju as the female lead and Sarath Kumar in a key role. Dude is set for a pan-India release on October 17 in multiple languages.
