There has been a lot of bad blood between senior actor Naresh and his ex wife Ramya Raghupathi. When Naresh’s Malli Pelli was about to release, Ramya approached the court, asking to stall the film’s release.
Then, when the film was heading for OTT release, Ramya again approached the court, asking for a stall order on the same.
Cut to now, the court has ruled the judgment in favor of Naresh and furthermore, banned Ramya from entering Naresh’s house under any circumstances.
As for the stalling of the film, the court held that the grounds on which Mrs. Raghupati filed the case against the release of the films were untenable and not sustainable legally. The court concluded that the content of the said movie is entirely fictional as certified by the Board of film certification, Government of India.
Court said that once the censor board certifies the film to be a fictional one, there is no ground for a private person to stop the release of the movie.
