Thalapathy Vijay’s Leo is an action-packed film that promises high-octane action, impressive VFX, and a gripping background score.
There were speculations circulating on social media about a supposed rift between the film’s hero, Vijay, and director Lokesh Kanagaraj. However, producer Lalit Kumar has refuted these rumors, clarifying that there is no fight between Lokesh and Thalapathy (Vijay). These rumors are baseless.
The trailer unveiled yesterday showcased a family storyline involving Vijay and Trisha, who have a baby, and Vijay’s transformation into a rugged character. Sanjay Dutt, playing Antony Das, shares a connection with Vijay, possibly as brothers, as suggested by their shared last name.
The trailer has elicited mixed reactions from fans, with some expressing disappointment, feeling that it falls short of their expectations. Vijay’s hairstyle, particularly, has invited harsh criticism and trolling.
“Leo” is scheduled for a theatrical release on October 19 and boasts an impressive supporting cast, including Sanjay Dutt, Gautham Menon, Trisha, and Arjun Sarja.
This film marks the third installment in the Lokesh Cinematic Universe after Kaithi and Vikram and is produced by SS Lalit Kumar of Seven Screen Studio, with Jagadish Palanisamy serving as co-producer.
