Firstly, it was titles based on famous songs such as Kevvu Keka, Darling, and then it was based on famous dialogues from hit films such as Aadu Magadura Bujji from Athadu, and finally we have titles based on the pet names of top actors in Telugu industry.
Upcoming Telugu film Bunny and Charan is based on the pet names of Allu Arjun and Ram Charan. The film starring Mahat Raghavendra and Prince Cecil is being directed by a debutant, an assistant to director Maruthi.
Does this mean story is not a prime factor anymore and audiences will flock to cinemas because the film is based on the title of their superstar’s names? Are director’s blindly capitalizing on the popularity of star actor? What about creativity and thinking out of the box in that case?
