Sharwanand and Samantha’s Jaanu is all set for a grand release on the 7th of this month. The movie which is the official remake of Tamil Blockbuster, 96 is being aggressively promoted. The Worldwide Pre-Release Business of the film has arrived at 21 Crore.
This is not an easy task because Samantha’s Oh Baby has collected 18 Crore Share with Superhit talk. Moreover, February is considered a dull period for film releases. The movie is riding on the stardom of Samantha and it has to be seen if the movie will start with a good talk.
Sharwanand’s popularity with the family audience will also come handy. Jaanu is the official remake of Tamil Superhit, 96 which starred Trisha and Vijay Sethupathi. Their performances are considered as the biggest advantages of the film. It has to be seen if Sharwanand and Samantha can fit into their shows.
Director and Music Director of the Original, C Prem Kumar and Govind Vasantha were retained for the Remake as well.
