Salaar is billed to be the revival film for Prabhas and it has expectedly opened on a fiery note at the box office. The film has now wrapped up a decent first week at the Hindi box office.
Salaar has collected Rs 9.5 crore nett in the Hindi belt on Wednesday, taking the total tally to Rs 86 crore. At this rate, the film will have a Rs 95 crore nett first week which can be regarded as a pretty decent number.
Prabhas’s Adipurush collected Rs 127 crore nett in Hindi and the target for Salaar now is to breach this mark, which is for certain. The film is likely to have a good run at the box office till the New Year day.
Despite the competition with Dunki, Salaar is managing to post decent numbers and hadn’t it been for Dunki, the contribution from plexus would’ve been slightly better.
The makers have released a new poster of Salaar, saying the film has grossed Rs 500 crore at the box office. In that case, this will be the third Rs 500 crore grosser for Prabhas after Baahubali 1 & 2.
