Varun Sandesh didn’t have have a hit in the recent past but he was in news for two big controversies. One is for drugs and the other for his alleged love affair with Shraddha Das. In a recent interview, the actor denied both of them.

Talking about the drug controversy, he narrated a story about one Ravi Uppalapati who wanted to do a film with Varun Sandesh and hence gave advance. But Varun Sandesh backed off from the film and had to return advance to the producer, who used force on the actor.
There were personal grudges between. That’s the reason why the person who was caught with drugs took his name as he happens to be Ravi’s friend. Coming to Shraddha Das, the actor denies that there had been an affair between them. He says he is friends with her even now.
