Bollywood director Siddharth Anand is in fine form after delivering War, Pathan, and Fighter. However, despite having superstars Hrithik Roshan and Deepika in the lead roles and a watchable product, Fighter crashed big time in the weekdays and is heading towards flop status.
Incidentally, the in-form director sat down for an interview and went on to speak about why people are unable to comprehend his Fighter film.
“What population of India has flown in the plane? More than 90% of the people haven’t been on a plane. Then how can they understand the dynamics of an Air Force-driven film? This is why the majority of the people haven’t understood my film” Siddharth commented in the interview.
This statement is getting trolled brutally on social media and the director i under the pump for the same now.
Reacting to the video, a netizen commented “This genius thinks flying in a place and experiencing a Fighter jet dynamics is the same thing. If he is so aware of why people aren’t understanding his film, then why did he make it in the first place?”.
Another netizen commented “This is the problem with Bollywood filmmakers. They blame the audience when they don’t get the needed result. This director makes illogical films and speaks about logic as to why Indians can’t understand Air Force films. Should we take fighter jet training to watch his films?”.
The director has no defense for his argument blaming the audience for not having idea of Air Force films after spending over 100 crores on making it simply doesn’t make any sense.
