The Gunde Jaari Gallanthayyinde girl says she likes to see films made from a women’s perspective every now and then. Even though she believes content is the king and only a powerful story can do justice to a film featuring a male or female protagonist, she personally roots for films that are made women’s sensibilities.
She believes there are women centric films per se in the industry. There are only stories that are told from a women’s perspective and once in a while it’s nice to hear and see a story from the perspective of a woman. She feels such perspective can give deeper insight into a story or an issue.
With three back-to-back hits, Isha says she is awaiting different roles that would expect go out of her way to perform. She personally would love to play a strong female character if given an opportunity.
