Andhra Pradesh Government approached the Supreme Court to cancel the Regular Bail of Chandrababu Naidu in Skill Development Case. The case came to hearing today and the court adjourned the case to February 12th.
In all likelihood, the notification will come in February and the issue is unlikely to be resolved until after the elections in April.
Andhra Pradesh High Court listed a few conditions while granting Bail to Chandrababu. Important of them are not discussing the case details in public and not to make an attempts to influence the witnesses.
Chandrababu Naidu did not do either after coming out of jail. The Government is not going to have a substantial ground to ask for the bail cancellation. This seems to be nothing but a desperate attempt by Jagan Mohan Reddy.
This desperation only indicates how Jagan is running out of ideas about how to face the election. Probably, he wants Chandrababu back in jail to change the narrative but fails to realise that there is no proper ground.
