Jr NTR and Trivikram Srinivas are coming together for an upcoming film, God of War. The film will have a mythological backdrop and is reportedly set around Lord Subramanya Swamy. Given the subject and the film’s scale, Trivikram is reportedly taking extra care at every stage.
The film was initially planned to start rolling after NTR wrapped up Dragon. However, Jr NTR‘s shoulder injury has now given Trivikram more time to work on the script and pre-production.
The biggest challenge for Trivikram Srinivas will be creating a visual world that matches the scale of the story. He is paying special attention to the visual effects and the design of this mythological universe, with an aim to create a world that Telugu audiences have not witnessed on this scale before.
With NTR returning to Trivikram after eight years and the director attempting a completely new genre on a massive scale, God of War is already shaping up to be one of the most ambitious projects in NTR’s career. The real excitement will be to see how Trivikram presents Subramanya Swamy and the massive world he is creating for the film.
