When the teaser of Kabali was out, it created mass hysteria. Everything worked perfectly, and there was no need to give a trailer to the fans. The teaser shaped the expectations of a mass movie, and that turned out to be the big issue in the end.

But why are we talking about Kabali when it should be about Kaala? The answer is self-explanatory. Kaala, from the moment it came into being, was seen as a ’real’ mass deal that was expected from Kabali. The teaser out now confirms it. The political angle which was mostly underplayed in Kabali can be seen in full throttle here.
Kaala is an out and out mass movie fully loaded with politics and punch dialogues. And not missing the family touch while doing all that. If the teaser is just a sample of what’s to come, the film should be a treat for fans and mass movie lovers. The politician played by a seasoned artist like Nana Patekar only adds to the value of the product and generates a tremendous amount of curiosity to see him exchanging face to face duels with Superstar.
Does it have the killer punch of Kabali teaser? The music here, while still being good, lacks the similar impact and thereby bringing it a notch down. Still, all said and done, Kaala teaser is a winner for fans.
Check out the teaser below. Kaala starring Superstar Rajinikanth and directed by Pa Ranjith hits cinemas worldwide on April 27.
