Kona claims himself as the soulmate of Pawan Kalyan but in that interview, Sakshi twisted his words to use it against Pawan Kalyan. Back then, Kona invited a lot of flak for that interview.
But then, there was no option for him since his uncle, Kona Raghupathi, and Brother-in-law Dronamraju Srinivas contested as MLAs in that election. Kona’s friend and business partner MVV Satyanarayana was the YSRCP Vishakapatnam MP Candidate.

Now elections are nearing once again and Kona Venkat has given another interview this time to Sakshi TV praising Jagan Mohan Reddy.
It is interesting to note that the star writer was completely silent when Jagan Mohan Reddy was troubling the film industry in various ways.
