With just two films, Koratala Siva is now one of the big directors in Telugu Film Industry. Before Srimanthudu happens, many thought he would also remain a one film ‘Mirchi’ wonder as his next project Srimanthudu came two years after Mirchi in 2013. One can’t say it’s lick because his talent and hard working nature made this happen.

One thing keeps him pricking and that is the absence of his mother who passed away before the release of ‘Mirchi’. She didn’t see him attaining heights in his career. Siva says, she had been his mentor who really worked hard to bring up the kids after Siva’s father passed away when he was only 10.
He reminisces how his mother used to make newspapers and that paved way for him to become a writer by good reading habit. Today, he says he has enough and doesn’t aspire to need more because he can’t handle more money than he needs. So Siva wants to go slow and not in a rush to make films. He already has Ram Charan’s movie in hand and of course more to follow.
