The unexpected and moreover, the surprisingly good performance of Allu Arjun’s Pushpa in the Hindi circuit is sparking a new movement in Tollywood. Now, every big-ticket film featuring any top star is being pushed to go for a pan-India release.
Now, Mahesh Babu‘s fans are pushing for a pan-India release for Sarkaru Vaari Paata. They are requesting the makers of Sarkaru Vaari Paata to release the film in Hindi.
But the point to be noted is that pan-India films need to have the right kind of concept and scale to be released across the country. Simply dubbing and releasing the film in Hindi without proper planning can backfire big time.
Mahesh already had a bitter experience with his Tamil debut with Spyder. Lost market is really tough to recover and he should be aware of the same. Now, experimenting around in the Hindi market with Sarkaru Vaari Paata is not wise.
Moreover, Mahesh will certainly be making pan-India entry with his next project with SS Rajamouli. This can most certainly be considered a blockbuster launchpad for Mahesh in the pan-India market. So, there is no reason for him to rush through just yet.
Well, Ram Charan and Jr NTR are set to debut in pan-India market with RRR and Allu Arjun did it with Pushpa. Prabhas is already a superstar across the country. So, Mahesh’s fans are desperate to push him to attain pan-India stardom at the earliest. But Mahesh should not listen to his fans, at least for now, else it might backfire.
