Film production is a costly affair. The actual production costs are one thing, but the extra costs like heroine staff, makeup, etc. are another.
Many top producers are concerned about the unnecessarily high bills that are being incurred by heroines and their personal and makeup staff. They are seeing this as extra burden and a few are even saying they will no more pay make up bills for the heroines.
Coming to the topic, a top heroine had recently collaborated with a top production house for a film. As usual, her makeup costed a bomb. Shocked with seeing the bill, the production house refused to pay for it.
When the make up team approached the heroine, she asked them to take it up with the production house and she won’t clear the bill from her purse. She is one of the highest paid actresses in Tollywood but she is refusing to clear her own makeup bills.
The make up staff is concerned about the whole development and the carelessness of the actress. The makeup crew and even the personal staff are now threatening the actress that they would boycott her upcoming films if she doesn’t pay the bills at the earliest.
Will the actress avoid unnecessary feud and clear her own makeup bills or stay resistant and further irk the crew? We will know soon.
