King Nagarjuan buoyed by the success of Soggade Chinni Nayana, is gearing up to begin a new devotional venture. The movie is titled ‘Om Namo Venkatesa’. Nagarjuna will be seen as Baba Hathi Ram Ji, who is a great devotee of Lord Balaji and veteran actor Suman is going to play the role of Lord Balaji.

The film will be produced by Shirdi Sai Producer A.Mahesheshwar Reddy under his AMR Group Banner. The film will start rolling from May. It is said that Raghavendra Rao finished research for the film and is ready with bound script. This is the fourth devotional venture from Nagarjuna and Raghavendra Rao after Annamayya, Sriramadasu and Shirdi Sai.
Baba Hathi Ram Ji is a North Indian, who settled in South India and constructed a small math. Every day he used to worship the Lord of Tirupathi in his math. Lord Balaji was pleased with his devotion and used to come and play dice with Baba Hathi Ram Ji. Even after his jeeva-samadhi, his math exists today opposite the temple in Tirumala.
